Login issues resolved05.03.2014
Today we made a big step forward and we can currently assume that the probability of difficulties during login attempts should be significantly reduced by now. A faulty safety module of the website seems to be directly or rather indirectly responsible for many such errors. This module has been fixed now. As always, we will keep an eye on your posts and reports to ensure that the solution works.
At this point we would like to thank you for your patience and your support for the past weeks. You have reported the encountered difficulties tirelessly and very detailled and made the analysis of the occuring errors easier.
Hotfix on the 27th of February27.02.2014
At one point in the monument quest chain you have to use five oitments on residences. This quest doesn't work as inteded and blocks players of having a further progress right now. To fix this bug immediately, we are going to perform a hotfix.
Start of deployment:
February 27th at 6:15am PST / 9h15am EST. The game won't be accessible during the maintenance.

Ubisoft Blue Byte introduces new Terms of Sale in Anno Online. By these terms, you are under the same legal conditions that regulate other Ubisoft games, so you do not have different Terms of Sale for several Ubisoft games anymore.
